Job summary

CGS, a government services contractor, seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in Rockville, MD to support and enhance ALS infrastructure across on-premise and AWS environments.

You will design, implement, and maintain Relativity-based litigation support systems, manage storage, backups, access control, and system monitoring, and produce documentation and weekly health reports. A strong background in UNIX/Windows, SQL Server, and security controls is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (CS or MIS) or equivalent experience considered.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing litigation support systems with Relativity and related tools.
• Experience designing, provisioning, installing, integrating, testing in target environment.
• Experience with large, heterogeneous systems and complex storage solutions.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (on-premise and AWS) including storage, compute, and network.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, restores, updates, and performance tuning.
• Create diagrams and administrator guides; keep docs updated semi-annually.
• Provide weekly system health and project reports.
