Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and enhance the organization’s ALS infrastructure, combining on‑prem and AWS environments.

The role requires expertise in Relativity and other litigation tools, plus strong documentation and reporting experience. You will design, implement, and maintain ALS software solutions, manage access for external stakeholders, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with IT leadership on projects and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage, networks).
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment and software, and integration in required environments.
• Experience with large, complex systems across multiple OSes and functions.
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database applications.
• Knowledge of the Government IT environment and security requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions focusing on Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools, including IAM for witnesses, US Attorneys, and collaborators.
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Create and update diagrams, admin guides, and end-user docs (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly system health, project, and activity reports.
