Job summary

CGS seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to manage and enhance ALS infrastructure. You will design and implement Relativity-based solutions, maintain both on-premises and AWS components, and oversee access controls for external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include backups, performance tuning, documentation, and weekly health reports while coordinating with IT leadership on ALS projects and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in computer science or MIS) OR equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years implementing systems including UNIX, Windows, storage/Net; 5+ years in litigation support applications (Relativity, iPro, Concordance).
• Experience designing, obtaining equipment and software, installing, integrating and testing in required environments.
• Experience with large systems with diverse OS and functions.
• At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily consisting of Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and on AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools, including IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation; update semi-annually.
• Provide weekly reports on system health, projects and planned activities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure.
