Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in Arlington, VA.

You will design, deploy, and maintain ALS infrastructure (on‑premise and AWS) with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and related tools, manage IAM for external stakeholders, and ensure backups, monitoring, and documentation. You'll collaborate with IT leadership, produce weekly system health reports, and help advance government IT solutions while earning a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with litigation support systems (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.).
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment/software, installing and testing in required environments.
• Experience with large, mixed-OS environments and storage solutions.
• Experience setting up large-scale database applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap).
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators, etc.
• Perform backups, restores, updates, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Produce and update system diagrams and administrator guides; document quarterly.
