Job summary

CGS is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in the United States. You will support and enhance the organization's ALS ecosystem, including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, across on-prem and AWS platforms.

The role requires strong experience with UNIX/Windows, storage, and database management, plus deep knowledge of government IT environments and a commitment to security and documentation. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with systems similar to UNIX/Windows/Storage.
• At least 5 years in litigation support apps (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, etc.).
• Experience designing, acquiring, installing, integrating and testing complex systems.
• Experience with large, multi-OS environments and large-scale databases.
• 1+ year with large-scale database management applications.
• Storage planning, capacity planning, modeling and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated litigation support software solutions (ALS) with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem or AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, updates, performance tuning and monitoring.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, guides, and end-user docs (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly system health, performance, and project reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
