Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in Chicago to lead ALS software implementations and maintain complex infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud.

You will design, test, and optimize systems while coordinating with IT leadership to support litigation software. The role demands deep Relativity and SQL Server experience, strong documentation, and the ability to secure external access for external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience in computer science or IT.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with litigation support systems and related software.
• Experience designing, installing, and integrating complex systems.
• Deep knowledge of Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Ability to work with a mix of UNIX/Windows environments and storage tech.
• Security clearance prerequisites (Public Trust) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud.
• Manage external access and identity for stakeholders (experts, Attorneys, IRS).
• Perform backups, restores, updates, and performance tuning.
• Produce system diagrams, guides, and end-user documentation updated semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health reports and coordinate with IT leadership.
