Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to fortify and advance ALS infrastructures across on-premises and AWS environments.

You will design, implement, and maintain Relativity and related litigation support tools, while ensuring robust access controls for external stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in litigation-support systems, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information/technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with litigation support applications and related systems (UNIX, Windows, storage, networks).
• Experience designing, procuring equipment/software, installation, integration and testing in required environments.
• Experience with large, complex systems across multiple OS and functions.
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database management applications.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.).
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and AWS.
• Manage external access, IAM for external stakeholders (e.g., experts, US Attorneys, IRS).
• Perform system maintenance: backups, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user docs; update semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health and activity reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure.
