Job summary

CGS seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s litigation support systems. The role involves designing ALS solutions, maintaining on‑prem and AWS infrastructure, and managing access for external stakeholders.

You will document architectures, monitor performance, back up systems, and prepare weekly health reports while collaborating with IT leadership to advance ALS applications and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing litigation support systems
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, and storage solutions
• Experience designing, installing, and testing environments
• Experience with large, complex systems
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance
• Knowledge of Relativity and related ALS tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and similar tools
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS
• Manage external access and IAM for witnesses, attorneys, and collaborators
• Perform backups, restores, updates, monitoring, and tuning
• Create and maintain system diagrams and administrator guides
• Provide weekly system health and project reports
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infra
