Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in Fairfax, VA. You will implement and maintain ALS solutions, including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, across on‑premise and AWS environments, while ensuring external access controls and robust system health.

You will also craft documentation, run weekly health reports, and collaborate with IT leadership on projects to support government clients and end users.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of hands-on experience in IT.
• 5+ years in litigation support applications and related systems.
• Experience designing, provisioning, installing, and testing in target env.
• Experience with large, diverse systems and complex operating environments.
• Experience setting up large-scale database applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and similar tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-prem and AWS cloud platforms.
• Manage external access, including IAM for witnesses, US Attorneys, etc.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, restores, and updates.
• Produce diagrams and admin guides; update docs semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health, performance, and project reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on ALS applications and infra.
