Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and optimize the ALS environment across on‑premise and AWS platforms. The role emphasizes security, external stakeholder access, and proactive system management.

Responsibilities include designing Relativity-based solutions, maintaining storage and compute resources, and delivering weekly status reports while collaborating with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing litigation support systems.
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, and network storage solutions.
• Experience in design, procurement, installation, and testing in required environments.
• Strong knowledge of government IT security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for expert witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators, etc.
• Conduct system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams and administrator/user guides; refresh at least semi‑annually.
• Provide weekly health, performance, and project status reports.
