Job summary

ADP seeks a Relationship Manager - III to develop strong executive-level partnerships with our top tier clients and advocate for their success. The role requires frequent domestic travel and a hybrid work model, with residence in listed states and travel 30-40%.

You will lead quarterly reviews, align client goals with Retirement Services offerings, and coordinate across ADP entities to ensure world-class service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience with client relationships.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits.
• Residence in listed States and willingness to travel 30-40%.
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for senior client decision makers and executives.
• Liaise with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and address service issues.
• Understand client HR, payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and educate stakeholders.
• Act as Client Advocate to prioritize world-class service.
• Participate in pre-sale presentations and maintain records of activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
