Job summary

ADP is seeking a Relationship Manager III to cultivate and maintain senior-level client partnerships across our Retirement Services segment. The role focuses on client satisfaction, acting as the primary ADP liaison and advocate, and requires extensive domestic travel to meet a book of clients.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent travel and onsite meetings.
• Must reside in one of the listed States and be comfortable with 30-40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for the client's decision maker and senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Liaise with all ADP entities to proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after the client is sold; focus on total client satisfaction.
• Execute quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients; communicate and resolve critical service issues with all ADP entities and note areas of satisfaction or improvement.
• Understand client's HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify new service and/or product opportunities.
• Promote client satisfaction surveys and follow up on critical surveys.
• Communicate and promote key ADP initiatives, e.g., MOTM, User Group Meetings, Product Announcements/Enhancements.
• Positioned as the Client Advocate within ADP; resolve issues and emphasize World Class Service as a differentiator.
• Participate in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely records on service activities using standard ADP tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
