ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager - III to oversee top-tier client relationships, align retirement services with client goals, and act as a senior advocate within ADP. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration across ADP teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits.
• Must reside in the specified states and be comfortable with 30-40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ADP contact for the client's senior decision maker.
• Proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after sale.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and drive issue resolution.
• Understand client's HR, payroll and outsourcing strategies as opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and participate in sales opportunities.
• Maintain timely records of service activities using standard ADP tools.
