Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits and travel.
• Must reside in a listed state/location and be comfortable with 30-40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ADP contact for client decision makers and senior executives.
• Coordinate with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Understand client HR, payroll, and outsourcing strategies; identify new opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and participate in pre-sale presentations.
