Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager - III. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining effective ADP relationships with our top tier clients, serving as the liaison with the client and as a key client advocate to ensure overall satisfaction.

This role requires extensive frequent domestic travel and a hybrid work model (Remote/Field). You will engage senior client leaders, coordinate with ADP entities, and drive service excellence and opportunities across retirement

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% within an assigned external client territory.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary ADP contact for the client's decision maker or senior executive.
• Proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after sale to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients and coordinate resolution of critical service issues.
• Understand client's HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies and identify new service opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and events to clients and stakeholders.
• Position as Client Advocate within ADP to resolve issues and differentiate ADP in the marketplace.
• Assist in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
• Maintain comprehensive records on service activities using standard ADP tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
