Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager - III to develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients in the retirement services space. You will serve as the client advocate, coordinate across ADP entities, and drive client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and strategic account reviews.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, this role requires travel (30–40%) within an assigned territory to meet clients and advance ADP Retirement Services initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model with remote/field; travel as needed.
• Candidates must reside in listed states and travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for the client's decision maker and/or the senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Key liaison with all ADP entities to proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after the client is sold.
• Execute quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients and oversee resolution of critical service issues.
• Understand client's business issues, HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify new service opportunities.
• Proactively position client satisfaction surveys; follow up on critical surveys.
• Communicate and promote key ADP initiatives, e.g.: MOTM, User Group Meetings, Product Announcements/Enhancements.
• Positioned as the Client Advocate within ADP; ensure clients understand World Class Service.
• Participate in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
• Maintain records on service activities; adhere to ADP tools and processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
