Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager - III to develop and maintain executive-level relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring overall client satisfaction and serving as the liaison across the Retirement Services organization.

The role involves frequent domestic travel to meet clients, with a hybrid work model and participation in client initiatives and service reviews. Strong communication and strategic relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for the client's decision maker and senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Liaise with all ADP entities to proactively communicate and monitor service and product issues after the client is sold, focusing on total client satisfaction.
• Execute quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients and oversee resolution of critical service issues across ADP.
• Understand client's business issues, HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify new service and/or product opportunities.
• Position client satisfaction surveys and follow up on critical surveys.
• Promote key ADP initiatives and product enhancements.
• Represent the Client Advocate within ADP to ensure world-class service and differentiate in the market.
• Participate in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely records of service activities using standard ADP tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
