Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits and travel.
• Residency in listed states and willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for the client's decision maker and senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Proactively communicates and monitors service issues; ensures total client satisfaction.
• Conducts quarterly account reviews and communicates outcomes to ADP entities and the client.
• Understands client's HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies; identifies new opportunities.
• Positions client satisfaction surveys and follows up on results.
• Promotes ADP initiatives and product announcements to clients.
• Acts as Client Advocate within ADP to resolve issues and articulate ADP's service value.
• Participates in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.
• Maintains comprehensive records of service activities using ADP tools and processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
