Job summary

ADP is seeking a Relationship Manager - III to develop and maintain executive-level client relationships for top-tier accounts. You will act as the client advocate, coordinating with ADP teams to ensure satisfaction and growth within your book of business.

The role requires significant travel (domestic) and a hybrid work model. You will engage senior and mid-level client stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with their retirement plan goals and ADP offerings.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits; 30–40% travel.
• Candidates must reside in one of the listed States/locations and be willing to travel within an external client territory.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent in education/experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement products.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary ADP contact for the client's decision maker and senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Coordinate with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction after sale and monitor service issues.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and communicate resolutions with all ADP entities.
• Understand client HR, Payroll, and outsourcing strategies; identify new service opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and provide client education on products and enhancements.
• Serve as Client Advocate and resolve issues to differentiate ADP through service excellence.
• Contribute to pre-sale presentations and client education campaigns.
• Maintain records of service activities using standard ADP tools and processes.
