Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Frequent client visits and travel as part of the role.
• Candidates must reside in one of the listed states and be comfortable with 30-40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key ADP contact for client decision makers and senior executives.
• Proactively communicate with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and address service issues with ADP teams.
• Understand clients' HR, payroll, and outsourcing strategies; identify new service opportunities.
• Position as Client Advocate and promote ADP initiatives and product enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of service activities and participate in pre-sale presentations.
