The role emphasizes understanding client HR/payroll needs, detecting service opportunities, and driving outcomes through cross-functional collaboration within ADP.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model with Remote/Field, requiring frequent client visits and travel.
• Candidates must reside in listed states/locations and be comfortable with 30-40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary ADP contact for clients' decision makers or senior executives.
• Serve as liaison with all ADP entities to monitor service and product issues and maximize client satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and communicate resolutions and areas for improvement.
• Understand client business issues, HR, payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify new opportunities.
• Promote client satisfaction surveys and follow up on results.
• Communicate ADP initiatives and product enhancements to clients.
• Act as Client Advocate; ensure clients understand ADP's World Class Service position.
