Job summary

ADP is seeking a Relationship Manager - III to develop and maintain strategic client relationships, serving as the client advocate across the Retirement Services organization. This role emphasizes client satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and understanding clients' HR outsourcing needs.

The position involves significant travel, frequent client meetings, and a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates bring strong relationship management experience and knowledge of retirement services

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits and travel.
• Candidates must reside in the assigned states/locations and travel 30-40%

Responsibilities

• Act as the client liaison and advocate within ADP for top-tier clients.
• Coordinate with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and communicate service outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
• Understand client HR, payroll, and outsourcing needs and identify new service opportunities.
• Promote ADP initiatives and client adoption of new products.
