ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager - III. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining effective ADP relationships with our top tier clients.

As the liaison and client advocate, the Relationship Manager ensures overall client satisfaction and operates at senior levels within the organization, with frequent domestic travel. Responsibilities include quarterly account reviews, proactive communication across ADP entities, understanding clients’ HR, payroll and outsourcing

Qualifications

• 5-8 years direct related experience required.
• Hybrid work model with remote/field travel.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% and reside in listed states.

Responsibilities

• Key ADP contact for senior client decision-makers.
• Coordinate with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews and address service issues.
• Identify new service opportunities based on client needs.
• Promote ADP initiatives and maintain client advocacy.
