Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with travel.
• Residence in allowed states and ability to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Key contact for client's decision maker and senior executive responsible for the ADP relationship.
• Liaise with ADP entities to monitor service and product issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and resolve critical service issues across ADP.
• Understand client's HR, payroll, and outsourcing strategies; identify opportunities.
• Promote client satisfaction surveys and follow up on results.
• Communicate and promote ADP initiatives and product enhancements.
• Advocate for the client within ADP to ensure world-class service.
