ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager - III to develop and sustain top-tier client relationships within ADP's Retirement Services. The role serves as a senior client advocate and liaison across ADP, working to maximize client satisfaction and business opportunities.

The position requires extensive domestic travel (30–40%) with a hybrid work model and frequent interactions with client executives. Candidates should have 5–8 years of related experience and a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with 30–40% travel.
• Residence in the United States and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary ADP contact for the client's senior decision maker.
• Coordinate with all ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and resolve critical service issues.
• Understand client HR, payroll and outsourcing strategies; identify new opportunities.
• Initiate client satisfaction surveys and follow up on results.
• Promote ADP initiatives and product enhancements to clients.
• Advocate for the client within ADP to ensure World Class Service.
• Support pre-sale presentations and client education campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities per ADP processes.
