Regions Bank in Gadsden, Alabama seeks a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, building relationships and identifying financial needs to offer appropriate Regions products and guidance.

The role emphasizes affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, lending, and deepening existing customer relationships, with growth opportunities and a team-oriented environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire in role.

Mansioni

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions, focusing on Preferred Banking Households.
• Conduct outbound phone calls using lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience and handle day-to-day branch responsibilities.
• Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex goals to internal experts.
• Support team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks.
