Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker in Greenville, MS to meet with customers and prospects in person and by phone. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening relationships with Preferred Banking Households, offering complex financial solutions including investments, lending, and wealth opportunities, while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and cash transactions
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and online
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services including loan and deposit types, annuities and life insurance
• Promotes Regions digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follows bank processes, manages operational risks, and adheres to laws and regulations
