You’ll deepen relationships, advise on loans, deposits, investments, and digital banking solutions.

The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset, with compliance to bank procedures and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication via in person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient with a computer and monitoring screens.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Meet branch and individual targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Preferred Banking Households.
• Educate customers on loan and deposit products plus insurance offerings.
• Advise on digital banking solutions and assist with transitions to online tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
