Regions is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker in Gadsden, AL to meet with customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and offer appropriate products and guidance to help clients reach their financial goals. The role emphasizes acquiring and deepening relationships with Preferred Banking Households and wealth opportunities.

Candidates with retail or sales experience who are results-driven, collaborative, and excellent communicators will thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient with computer use, including typing and monitoring a screen.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educates customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience and handle day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to the internal experts.
• Support team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
