Regions Bank in Northport, Alabama, is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead to meet customers, lead a team, and drive branch goals. You will advise on Regions’ consumer and business products, coach junior bankers, and oversee branch activities in the Branch Manager’s absence.

The role rewards proactive customer service, leadership, and the ability to cultivate new business while guiding teams to deliver personalized financial solutions.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and direct all branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and explaining Regions solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Partner with leadership on new business development and community financial wellness initiatives.
• Provide coaching to junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge.
