• Educates customers on Regions’ products including loans, deposits, investments and life insurance.
• Explains mobile, online, and ATM solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Maintains sound banking practices and reports operational risks.
• Supports team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
