Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Aches branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Educates customers on Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises on digital banking options to make banking easier.
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• References customers to internal experts for complex needs.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws, and manages operational risks.
