Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related banking or retail sales experience.

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying service and product needs.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products into customer interactions and inputs referrals and applicants data.
• Manages daily sales activity and participates in pre-shift sales huddles; monitors sales results.
• Performs routine branch operational duties including teller transactions per policy and procedures.
