F.N.B. Corporation is looking for a Relationship Banker in Durham, NC to assist customers with everyday banking needs, account servicing, and lending support.

You will execute branch leads, handle transactions, and identify opportunities to convert interactions into sales or referrals while following policies and core values. Role may require working at various market locations; strong customer service, communication, and product knowledge are essential.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience minimum.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, policies and services.
• Ability to use a computer and banking software.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling products.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals and customers.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other tasks per policies.
• Support risk management and compliance requirements.
• May require overnight travel for training.
