Arrow Electronics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will drive strategy, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors while overseeing budgeting and process improvements.

You will lead managers and professional staff, ensuring resources and talent are aligned to achieve sales goals across multiple units. The position involves travel to Arrow offices as needed, with compensation tied to sales

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years related experience with 4-year degree or 8+ years with advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Leads managers, supervisors and/or professional staff.
• Manages performance and resources to achieve multiple unit goals.
• Develops departmental plans and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise Sales Director on customer plans and strategy.
• Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance; develop high-potential reps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors; communicate with all levels.
• Lead with vision, budgeting, and process improvement using data analysis.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan; partial OTE is variable.
