Arrow Electronics in the United States seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive strategy, manage a sales team, and build key relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors. The role includes a 60/40 compensation split with commission and requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

The position supports hybrid work in Colorado with travel to Arrow offices as needed; remote work is available for other states. A 4-year degree and extensive experience in sales leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a 4 year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience selling technology solutions; Citrix experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team and guiding performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving strategy and delivering results; recommend strategy and customer plans to GM/Sales Director.
• Manage Team: recruit, hire, mentor, and assess performance; develop high potential employees.
• Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships; communicate with all levels and attend reviews
• Leadership: act as branch leader; budget planning; drive process improvements via data.
• Note: compensation includes a sales incentive/commission component.
