Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to manage account relationships, drive margins, and lead value-added solutions across assigned customers. You will coordinate with internal resources to quote, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery, and support engineering and troubleshooting as needed.

In this fully remote role, you’ll develop customer strategies, oversee the Order to Invoice process, and act as the liaison between suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive account management experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to develop customer strategies and manage quotes and orders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and maximize margins across assigned customers.
• Lead quote-to-order process, negotiate pricing, and handle credit & invoicing interfaces.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshoot customer problems as needed.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
