Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Denver, CO. This hybrid role requires steering strategy, leading a sales team, and strengthening customer and partner relationships. The position includes a 60/40 commission split and base compensation with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and delivering results.
• Experience selling technology solutions including software; Citrix experience preferred.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with partners, customers and vendors.
• Strong budgeting, planning and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise General Manager/Sales Director on strategy and customer plans.
• Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance and develop high-potential reps.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors; provide superior service and operational excellence.
• Lead the branch; budget, plan and drive process improvement based on data.
