Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience selling technology solutions is required; experience with software and Citrix is preferred.
Experience working with partners in the IT Sales Channel is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy and deliver results by recommending plans to General Manager/Sales Director.
Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance and develop employees for future leadership roles.
