Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables processes including payments, cash application, and automation. The role partners with Treasury Management to identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and drive revenue while improving client cash flow.

You will manage opportunities through the sales cycle, conduct discovery, present solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs, present payment and receivables solutions, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Establish consultative approach to recommend and demonstrate automation through electronic payments.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a book of current clients with ongoing support, reviews, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with implementation, operations, product, and customer success teams for deployments.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay current on industry trends and provide product feedback.
• Execute multi-channel sales strategy to generate qualified opportunities.
• Provide ongoing education and become a trusted advisor to Treasury Management associates.
