Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables processes, including payment acceptance, cash application, and automation solutions. You will partner with Treasury Management teams to identify challenges, propose tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while improving clients' cash flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs, present payment and receivables solutions, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive business growth with clients and prospects.
• Establish consultative approach to recommend receivables automation and electronic payments.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM (Hubspot and/or Salesforce) and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing education and become trusted advisor to Treasury Management associates.
