Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables processes, drive revenue growth, and enhance cash flow. You will partner with Treasury Management teams to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for new and existing clients.

The role focuses on consultative selling of AR automation, electronic payments, and integrated receivables, with responsibilities spanning discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present payment and receivables solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Establish consultative sales approach to recommend AR automation and electronic payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce).
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans addressing client needs.
• Coordinate with implementation, operations, product, and customer success for successful deployments.
