Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor in the Phoenix area to optimize client receivables processes through payment acceptance, cash application, collections, and automation solutions. You will partner with Treasury Management teams to identify opportunities, present tailored receivables strategies, and drive revenue growth while improving clients' cash flow and operations.

5+ years sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
Requires Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Identify and develop new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
Identify customer needs, present payment and receivables solutions, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
Establish consultative approach to recommend and demonstrate AR automation through electronic payments.
