Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor in the Illinois market to optimize client receivables processes and drive revenue growth through payment acceptance, cash application, and automation.

You will partner with Treasury Management teams, identify opportunities, and collaborate with implementation and product teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on Finance, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payment solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities related to accounts receivable and payment solutions.
• Present payment and receivables solutions and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM (Hubspot and/or Salesforce).
