Job summary

Miratech seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engine for real-time distribution across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, and cloud-native tech, collaborating with product, architecture, and CX platform teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs with microservices.
• Experience with routing for contact centers or CX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time routing engines for voice and digital channels.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency across routing paths.
• Create APIs for routing configuration, monitoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with telephony, CX, and analytics platforms.
