Miratech in the United States (Arizona) seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will develop core routing engines handling real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, and channels using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures.

You will work with product and CX platform teams, focusing on high availability, low latency, and scalable services,

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Experience with routing logic for contact centers or engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of ACD concepts, queues, and skills-based routing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and capacity.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency across routing paths.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, monitoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with CX teams to translate requirements into routing capabilities.
