Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will coordinate with SMEs across sites to craft technically robust proposals and pricing for Biologics, Drug Substance, and Drug Product opportunities, from pre-proposal through contract signature.

The role requires experience in proposal development, a strong understanding of biologics/drug development, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization while delivering

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; MS Project advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to shape strategy and approach.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/Commercial teams for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and manage the proposal process.
