Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, coordinating with SMEs and sales to meet customer needs.

You will lead RFI/RFP assessments, develop detailed budgets and timelines, and help drive pricing strategies to win contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance across global sites.

• Fundamental Biologics knowledge and drug development lifecycle understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings to support clinical and commercial needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise scope and drive pricing and timelines.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses to ensure profitability.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and ensure on-time delivery of proposals.
• Support the transition from proposal to contract signature and customer communications.
