Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join our Commercial Operations team. You will drive technical fit assessments and craft high-quality proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product offerings, coordinating with global SMEs and Sales to deliver compelling, compliant responses.

The role requires collaboration across sites, accurate costing, and timely delivery of pricing and timelines to win new and existing projects,

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product development.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assess RFIs/RFPs to define technical approach and proposal strategy.
• Prepare detailed proposals for biologics and drug product offerings across GMP manufacturing.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise scope and drive proposals to contract signature.
• Assist in determining program pricing to support profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and manage the proposal development process.
• Support costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
