Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist to generate technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance, and Drug Product offerings. You will collaborate with SMEs and Sales to craft technically sound, financially viable binding contracts.

You will coordinate with global teams, using costing and timeline tools to produce approved pricing and schedules, driving opportunities from pre-proposal through to signed agreements.

Formación

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and sterile drug product development.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• 2–4 years bio/pharma R&D/manufacturing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with customers to define technical strategy and proposal approach.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for Biologics and Drug Product.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/BD to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and deliver high-quality proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
